This maintenance is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the reliability and performance of our platform.
During this maintenance window, the production environment will remain fully operational. However, you may experience a brief interruption in service availability of no more than 5 minutes. During this time the API will respond with a HTTP status code 503 (Service Unavailable) and customers in onboarding or payment processes will be shown a similar user-friendly notice.
Payments of any type will be processed as usual, with an exception for payments executed during the brief interruption which may see their webhooks / status updates delivered with a delay of up to 15 minutes.
We advise you to execute any planned automation for recurring payments, or charges from and to merchants outside of the maintenance window to further minimise potential impact for you and your customers.
